You may create a customer account on our website using an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account. Creating an account is optional — you may browse and make general enquiries without one.

When you register with email and password, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google's OAuth service — no password is stored on our servers.

Your account information is stored securely in our database. We use an HTTP-only session cookie named "customer_token" to keep you signed in. This cookie cannot be read by JavaScript and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.

You may update your name and phone number at any time from within your account. Your email address cannot be changed as it is used to identify your account.

If you choose to delete your account, your customer record is permanently removed from our database. Your past enquiries and reviews remain in our records for administrative purposes but are unlinked from your identity.

We offer "Continue with Google" as an alternative to email and password registration. When you choose this option, you are redirected to Google's own sign-in page where you authenticate directly with Google.

Upon successful authentication, Google shares your name and email address with us. We do not receive your Google password, payment information, or any Google account data beyond your basic profile.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We3 Studioz is not responsible for data practices by Google.

If you sign in with Google and do not have a phone number on file, you will be prompted to add one before submitting a rental enquiry or writing a product review, as a phone number is required for those actions.

Our website includes an optional "Use my location" feature in the navigation bar. When you click this button, your browser will ask for permission to access your device's GPS or network-based location.

If you grant permission, your coordinates (latitude and longitude) are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service — a third-party reverse geocoding provider — solely to determine your approximate city or area. We3 Studioz does not store your coordinates on our servers at any point.

The detected location is used only to pre-select the nearest available service area on the website, helping you see relevant products and services. The location information is not retained after your browser session ends.

This feature is entirely opt-in. If you decline the browser permission prompt, or do not click the "Use my location" button, no location data is accessed. You can revoke browser location permissions at any time through your browser or device settings.

Your contact details (name, email, phone) are used exclusively to respond to your rental inquiry, confirm availability of items, and coordinate pickup or delivery arrangements.

We may send you a booking confirmation or follow-up message related to your inquiry via email or WhatsApp. We will not send unsolicited promotional messages.

Anonymised analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve the experience for everyone.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your details are shared only within our internal team — the people who process your inquiry and manage your booking. No external advertising or marketing partners receive your data.
